I illustrated the graphic and of nuclear salmon nigiri and designed the t-shirt for my protest against Japan for dumping Nuclear Waste into Tokyo Bay in the aftermath of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster. The illustration created is radioactive nigiri (salmon sashimi on rice) glowing in toxic neon green. The symbol of nuclear waste is added behind the nigiri graphic to emphasize the nuclear waste theme. The copy is in both English and Japanese with the goal of pushing this protest into a global activity.
